However, it is emotionally intimidating if there are no right people at the right time, we feel left all alone and allow all the negative energies to consume our mind. In those darkest hours, the best way is to master the motivational mindset.   When I feel much stressed or lose my creative flow, I calm down and distract myself from the major problem and tend to focus on being strong. Which is in my in control to act and keep busy in that particular work.  As it is small, there are high chances of finishing, and I feel so much better when I complete such an immediate goal. That’s how with small steps I  aim to reach and solve the bigger issue. One more tip to how to stay strong: Each time I write my thoughts when I feel really low, At such times I am completely self reflecting and more conscious about my thoughts and acts.
